"Should have alerted us earlier by email that we need to pre-arrange the airport shuttle. Your web site gave the impression that the airport shuttle is available without prior arrangement.
Also, just across the hotel are outlets which are adult-oriented (XXX video outlet) and a bar that is strangely named "Sufferin' bastards" - not at all suitable for family with young children."
