"When we arrived on June 27, the air conditioning was broke and they assured us it would be fixed that night but it wasn't. It was extremely hot in the room. Donald talked to the mantenience man and he wasn't too knowledgeable about the problem. The next morn the 28th we left early to sightsee and when we arrived back to room about 6 pm the airconditioning was still broke and we had had no room service. When we notified the desk they grudgingly gave us a few towels and she said she couldn't tell us anything as she was not in charge of housekeeping. When I asked to speak to the manager she said he was off duty and when I wanted a number to call him she would not release it. She said if he came in the next day she would tell him I called. The hotel was not sympathetic or appologetic . It was like take it or leave it attitude. Other guests were a little upset to,"
